The Nationally Consistent Collection of Data on School Students with Disability (NCCD) is an annual collection of information about Australian school students with disability. The NCCD enables schools, education authorities and governments to better understand the needs of students with disability and how they can be best supported at school.
School leaders, teachers and support teams can access professional learning modules, podcasts, and other resources for self-directed and blended learning through the portal. There are also videos, infographics and information for parents, carers and guardians.
The interactive portal has information and practical advice for schools to support them to complete the NCCD. The site also provides a suite of professional e-learning modules to uphold the legal obligations of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 and the Disability Standards for Education 2005.
Access a suite of resources to understand how to implement the Disability Standards for Education 2005 (Standards) in schools.
